What ConvaiBD Does

• Connects securely to a business user's Facebook Page through Meta OAuth.
• Receives Messenger customer messages through Meta webhooks.
• Generates Bengali-first sales replies using approved business data such as products, prices, and image libraries.
• Lets business users review conversations, manage AI settings, and control automation behavior.

Why We Request Meta Permissions

• pages_show_list — Show Facebook Pages the business user manages so they can choose which Page to connect to ConvaiBD.
• pages_manage_metadata — Subscribe the connected Page to Messenger webhooks and keep Page metadata in sync for automation.
• pages_read_engagement — Read basic Page engagement signals needed to operate Messenger automation reliably.
• pages_messaging — Receive customer Messenger messages via webhook and send AI-assisted replies on behalf of the connected Page.

Security and Data Isolation

• Each customer account is isolated by account ID in the database and API layer.
• Page tokens and conversation data are scoped to the owning business account.
• Production traffic uses HTTPS and authenticated dashboard access.
